Shipping & Delivery – What are your shipping options?

We offer standard shipping for most orders. However, some larger items, like our bigger fountains or heavy statues, may require specialized shipping. In these cases, you will be contacted for a custom shipping quote or to arrange local pickup directly from our operating location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order as well as your delivery location. You’ll see your shipping cost during checkout before completing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently only ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product and location. Typically, orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 6–8 business days, while specialized or oversized shipments may take longer.

What if I need a large or bulky item delivered?

For oversized items such as large fountains or statues, shipping may require special arrangements, and we will contact you directly to discuss the options available. You may also opt to pick up your order directly from our location if that’s more convenient.
